Good basic kit, but needs extras

This is a good basic camping kit, but you shlould totally expand it with a good disinfectant and plaster band-aids.

I also recommend adding a few pills:
-500 mg paracetamol for fever.
-headache treatment like aspirin or Moment Act,
-diarrhea treatment
-vomit treatment
IMPORTANT: taking medications without proper knowledge can be dangerous. Always learn proper use and ask your doctor before taking any.
For example, stopping vomit can be as dangerous as causing it.
Field first-aid must NEVER replace professional medical treatment. Always look for a doctor after first aid.
Be a responsible adult and never improvise.
You only live once.
