Wehrmacht first add box in nice original condition. Outside paint and writting original WWII, inside has been sprayed over with oliv paint for military use post WWII.

Schönes Stück

Ein schönes Stück Geschichte. Verbandskasten hat keine Beulen, beide Verschlüsse i.O. Deckel schließt dicht ab,
Haben einen guten ausgesucht ... Inhaltsverzeichnis schimmert leider etwas schwach durch - sonst klasse.
Schnelle Lieferung und sicher verpackt.
Good product but quality is a lottery

Those are original so not all are in the same condition, this is the third one I ordered but I will give it the second prize for its quality.
It will really depend on the one you'll get. Some will be still in amazing quality with the top still with well good preserved text and red cross, and some where the age of History has removed it almost entirely.
One last detail for me, I find it a shame that the colour choose for repaint does not match the original, all three of the box I ordered have more like a desert/tan colour rather than the oliv they sprayed on.
